A classic Sichuan dish, a fragrant spicy and numbing sauce cooked with fresh tofu and minced shiitake mushrooms. Great with some steamed rice!

Orders made for chilled meals by 8pm on Sunday should arrive the same week on Friday. Any orders made after 8pm on Sunday will be dispatched the following week. Chilled meals are dispatched once a week on an overnight delivery service and our insulated packaging will remain cool for up to 48 hours.
Keep refrigerated 0 to 5 deg C. Do not exceed Use By Date. Dish will have a shelf life of 2 days from date of delivery. Suitable for home freezing: Freeze on the day of delivery, defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator overnight before re-heating.
Hob – Transfer the to a small saucepan with a splash of water (if required) and cover with a lid. Bring to a simmer and heat approximately 5-8 mins or until piping hot. Stir occasionally and gently to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
Oven – Pre heat to 180 degrees Celsius. Remove film and cover with foil and place on middle shelf and heat for 8 -10 minutes until piping hot. Stir half way and add a splash of water if required.
Microwave – Empty content into in a microwavable container and cover with a loose lid and cook on high heat for 3 mins until piping hot. Stir half-way.
