Mock® Lamb in Black Pepper Sauce
Amazing plant based meat stir fried in a savoury, punchy black pepper marinade. Cooked with onions and spring onions.
Ingredients and Allergens: Black pepper sauce (Fermented black beans, black pepper, sugar, garlic, yellow bean sauce, onions, shallots, modified corn starch, mushroom bouillon [E621], salt), Mock® Lamb (Isolated Soya Protein (61%), mushroom stem (18%), wheat gluten, vegetable oil (palm), sugar, sweetener, flavouring, salt, seasoning, flavour enhancer, gelling agent), Onions, Spring onions.
If your order contains items from the Chilled Meals category, the entire order will be dispatched together according to the Chilled Meals schedule.
Orders made for chilled meals by 8pm on Sunday should arrive the same week on Friday. Any orders made after 8pm on Sunday will be dispatched the following week. Chilled meals are dispatched once a week on an overnight delivery service and our insulated packaging will remain cool for up to 48 hours.
Keep refrigerated 0 to 5 deg C. Do not exceed Use By Date. The dish has a shelf life of 2 days from date of delivery. Suitable for home freezing: Freeze on the day of delivery and consume within a month, defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator overnight before re-heating.
Hob – Transfer “lamb” to a small saucepan with a splash of water around the edge of the pan and cover with a lid. Cover and heat approximately 5-8 mins or until piping hot. Stir occasionally to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
Oven – Pre heat to 180 degrees Celsius. Remove film and cover with foil and place on middle shelf and heat for 8-10 minutes until pipping hot. Stir half way and add a splash of water if required.
Microwave – Empty content into in a microwavable container and cover with a loose lid and cook on high heat for 3 mins until piping hot. Stir half-way.
