Chilled Meals

We can only fulfill orders to shipping addresses within England and Wales. We can ship to Northern Ireland; Scottish Islands & Highlands; Channel Islands; Isle of Man; Isle of Wight; Scilly Isles and Republic of Ireland, however this will be at extra cost.  We reserve the rights to change our delivery zone. Any orders made for shipping addresses that are not within our specific delivery zone will not be fulfilled and will be fully refunded. We can arrange delivery to this exclusion list, but there is an additional charge. Please contact us via hello@kaykayfood.com if you’d like to discuss arranging a delivery to one of these areas.

 

Please do not rearrange for delivery on a different date as orders contain chilled/ frozen products that need to be refrigerated within 24 hours of dispatch.

Unfortunately, as chilled meals are perishable goods, we are unable to accept any returns. Should there be a problem with your order, please contact us and a member of the team will assist you.

Sauces

We ship sauces nationwide and delivery takes 3 to 5 days from date of order.
