OmniPork Siu Mai with Mushroom and Truffle Salsa
Six handmade OmniPork siu mai mixed with shiitake mushrooms and tofu puffs, topped with truffle mushroom salsa.
Ingredients and Allergens: Wheat flour (Gluten), OmniPork (Water, Protein Blend (Soy Protein Concentrate, Soy Protein Isolate, Shiitake Fermented Pea & Rice Protein), Thickeners (Methylcellulose, Maltodextrin), Yeast Extract, Potato Starch, Cane Sugar, Salt, Natural Flavour (Contains Canola and Sunflower Oil), Barley Malt Extract, Colour (Beet Red), Dextrose, shiitake mushrooms, tofu puffs, salt, flavour enhancer [E621]. Cultivated mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) 77%, extra virgin olive oil, celery, carrots, black summer truffles (Tuber Aestivum) 5%, black olives, salt, herbs, spices, flavourings.
Please note the truffle mushroom salsa is made in a factory that handles milk and anchovies.

If your order contains items from the Chilled Meals category, the entire order will be dispatched together according to the Chilled Meals schedule.
Orders made for chilled meals by 8pm on Sunday should arrive the same week on Thursday or Friday. Any orders made after 8pm on Sunday will be dispatched the following week. Chilled meals are dispatched once a week on an overnight delivery service and our insulated packaging will remain cool for up to 48 hours.

Steam from frozen.
Using a steamer (bamboo is best because it absorbs moisture and laid with grease proof paper), wait for water to boil and cook the siu mai on high heat for 10-12 mins and make sure centre is piping hot.
