Prauns in Cantonese Sauce
Deep fried prauns with separate Cantonese Sauce with onions.
Ingredients and Allergens: Prauns (Water 75.8%, potato starch 12 %, kelp extract 3%, sugar, wheat fiber, salt, gelling agent (carrageenan, konjac powder), non-GMO soy protein powder, colour (paprika extract), flavour enchancer [E621], Chinese spirit, tomato sauce, tomatoes, spirit Vinegar, sugar, apple pomace, date paste, salt, modified maize starch, spices, raisin paste, oranges, roast barley malt extract, lemons, onion powder, garlic powder, onions.
Shipping
If your order contains items from the Chilled Meals category, the entire order will be dispatched together according to the Chilled Meals schedule.
Orders made for chilled meals by 8pm on Sunday should arrive the same week on Friday. Any orders made after 8pm on Sunday will be dispatched the following week. Chilled meals are dispatched once a week on an overnight delivery service and our insulated packaging will remain cool for up to 48 hours.
Storage
Keep refrigerated 0 to 5 deg C. Do not exceed Use By Date. Dish will have a shelf life of 2 days from date of delivery. Suitable for home freezing: Freeze on the day of delivery, defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator overnight before re-heating.
Heating Guidance
Prauns
Oven - Pre heat to 180 degrees Celsius. Empty Prauns onto a metal tray and cook on the middle shelf for 8-10mins or until centre is piping hot and coating crispy. Oven temperature varies, if after 10mins it is still not crispy, continue heating and check every few minutes.
Fryer – Fry for 2mins at 180 degrees Celsius.
Cantonese Sauce
Hob – Reheat sauce in saucepan. Bring to a simmer and stirring occasionally to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pan. Make sure it is piping hot.
Microwave - Empty content into in a microwavable container and cover with a lid and cook on high heat for 45secs until piping hot. Stir half-way.
Mix the heated sauce and prauns together.
